PostNatal Yoga for All Mamas

Babes and Toddlers (0-3) Welcome. 

Join the wonderful MOSS community for a weekly postnatal yoga class. Come to tune IN, connect and explore though breath and movement in this all level s, all ages and all stages of postpartum class... because postpartum is forever. No topic will be off limit and laughter is most welcome! 

This 5 week session will be intimate with only 6 participants. The class will focus on YOU, but will make space, time and love for any little one s that are joining us too. If your baby/toddler is moving please feel free to bring toys, books, snacks for them to enjoy during the class. 

Please bring a yoga mat (required), an open mind and dress in comfortable clothes you can move and feel good in.

Registration Options: This class will run as a 5 week series, any unfilled spots will be available as drop-in. Drop-in spots still require online registration (open until an hour before class).
