Join the wonderful MOSS community for a weekly postnatal yoga and mov't class. Come to tune IN, connect and explore though breath and movement in this all level s, all ages and all stages of postpartum class... because postpartum is forever. No topic will be off limit and laughter is most welcome!
Classes will be intimate and class size will stay small with never more then 8 students. The class will focus on YOU, and where you are at in your postpartum journey. You are encouraged to show up authentically and exactly as and where you are each week. We will make space, time and love for any little one s that are joining us, but if your baby/toddler is moving please feel free to bring toys, books, snacks or screens for them to enjoy during the class if you wish.
This class is inclusive, caring, supportive, authentic and designed for ALL mama's!
All mama's are gently encouraged to see a pelvic floor physio before attending this class.
Please bring a yoga mat (required), water, an open mind and dress in comfortable clothes you can move and feel like yourself in.
Babes and Toddlers welcome ( please let Beth know if you will be bringing more then 1 child with you to class)
