Join the wonderful MOSS community for this 6 week session where we will explore and learn ways to incorporate healthy movement into our everyday lives. Class is geared for women 55 years plus who are looking to feel great in their bodies, to move with ease and to work on mobility, stability and strength in a safe and inclusive environment.
Classes size will be intimate to ensure personal attention and individualized learning. Come to have fun, learn, move, breath and be apart of the wonderful Moss community that supports and celebrates women in all stages of postpartum and in life.
Class Time: Tuesday’s from 145pm – 245pm
Cost: 6 week session/ $110 or drop in for $20/class
