You know already what I mean when I say “food police”, right? These are external messages from people and social media that critic our style of eating and make us feel small. These are ALSO internal thoughts that we think about ourselves when we eat certain foods. An example is “wow I can’t believe YOU ate that cookie.” Well I’m here to help STOP the food police and kick these thoughts to the curb so you can find peace and balance with food.
