FitMama Strong is a strength and conditioning class that will focus on building up the big muscle groups that Mamas need for the many demands of #momlife. Strength based HIIT workout, that are always changing and may include: weights, resistance training, fine toning, circuit training, and partner/team workouts. Please bring your own mat and water.
