Designed with the pre and postnatal body in mind, we will gradually strengthen your body with safe and effective exercises. Each class will focus on core and pelvic floor muscles as we build strength with safe full body exercises. If you are not sure how to get back into exercise or are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunctions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastsis recti, we will focus on exercises that can help with healing your postnatal body.
Breathing and alignment will be highlighted as we build your strength back from the inside out. We will incorporate a circuit workout using resistance bands and dumbbells to build your strength so you can get back to doing the things that you LOVE!
For those expecting moms, this class will help with those prenatal aches and will help guide you in a safe return to exercise once your baby is born.
This is a supportive environment where you don't have to choose between self care and a babysitter! (children welcome!)
