Education and fitness training sessions to restore your core, pelvic floor and pelvis after childbirth. You are able to join as soon as 4 weeks postpartum. Babies welcome at sessions. Please wear runners and exercise friendly clothing.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy:
• A Specialized form of Physio which helps support pelvic organs, assists in bowel and bladder control and contributes to healthy sexual function. Pelvic physio also treats incontinence, Diastasis (abdominal opening), difficult urination or bowel movements, constipation, chronic pelvic pain (including tailbone pain) and painful intercourse.
•Join us for an introduction to re-connecting with your pelvic floor and core and how to transition safely back to exercise after having a baby. The class will include education, muscle isolation, breath and circuit training.
