Join Dr. Stephanie Moody and Dr. Gillian on Friday April 5th from 7-8:30 pm for an evening of connecting to yourself and a supportive community in motherhood.
During this gathering we will start by connecting to you to your breath, bringing you back into your body. We will offer a grounding mediation followed by time to hang out and connect. Bring your questions, share your stories and build a community of support. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
Time: Friday April 5th from 7-8:30 pm
Bring: Yoga mat, journal and wear comfy clothes
