Join the wonderful MOSS community for this weekly Level I Postnatal Yoga & Movement class. All stages of postpartum welcome.*
Come to tune IN, connect and explore movement though breath, awareness, education and empowerment! No topic is off limit and laughter is most welcome!
Class will be intimate and class size small with a max of 8 students per class. The class with focus on YOU, and be tailored and modified to where you are at in your postpartum journey. We make space, time and love for any little's joining us, and if your baby or toddler is on the go, please be sure to bring toys, books, snacks, screens - anything you'd like to help make the class enjoyable for you both!
This class is inclusive, supportive, authentic and designed as a progressive 6 week program with a Level I and Level II option!
*All mama's are gently encouraged to see a pelvic floor physio before attending class. Please bring a yoga mat (required), water, an open mind, a sense of humour and dress in comfy clothes you can move in!
