Our mission is to provide a place where postpartum families can access the physical, psychological and emotional support that they and, their newborn babies deserve. In the process, we hope to create a rooted community that fosters lasting relationships and collaboration.

We at Moss Postpartum House are focused on supporting families after your child arrives. Whether you are struggling with breastfeeding, postpartum recovery or just need someone to talk to, we have a team of professionals available and ready to help with all of your postpartum needs. In addition to individual appointments, both our Practitioners and our Moss Partners offer community building educational workshops, classes and events tailored specifically for the first year postpartum.

Areas of Practice



We strive to support, promote, and protect breastfeeding by assisting families in meeting their goals, whether that is to exclusively breastfeed or partially breastfeed. Support and guidance include but are not limited to: latch difficulties, milk supply, sore, damaged nipples, plugged duct, engorgement, mastitis, tongue ties and more.



Dr. Stephanie has a focus in pre/postnatal, women’s health and pediatric wellness. We are dedicated to supporting women and their families from pregnancy well care, preparing for birth, healing at any stage and treating babies & kids. It is her goal to help women feel empowered and thrive in all stages of motherhood.



Our counselors specialize in helping both moms and dads navigate the transition to parenthood through individual and couples counselling. With specialized training and vast experience in perinatal counselling, they aim to normalize the challenges their clients are facing and provide tools for coping.


Massage Therapy

Our Registered Massage Therapist loves to help her clients feel their best. She utilizes her massage and fascial therapy techniques to help prenatal and postpartum patients to reduce pain, resolve dysfunction, and restore harmony.


Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Kirstyn focuses on helping women thrive during their pregnancy, prepping them for labour/delivery and aiding in their rehabilitation postpartum. Physiotherapy is recognized as the first choice of treatment for incontinence and prolapse. 



Carrie special focus on perinatal health and natural wellness. She adores treating women in all aspects of their journey - from preconception/fertility, prenatal to postpartum and beyond.
